PILOT PEN AUSTRALIA
From prestige fountain pens, erasable ink pens, colouring pens and highlighters, Pilot Pen has a diverse product range. Over the years, Bay PR has initiated and managed a creative and varied PR and social media program of new product launches, media events, blogger outreach programs, content management and more to ensure that Pilot products are top-of-mind amongst media and online influencers.
Bay PR managed the public relations program for Fantastic Furniture for over ten years. From store opening events, to community initiatives, to media launches, product launches, promotions and everything else in between, Bay PR worked seamlessly with the Fantastic Furniture marketing team to generate wide-scale media and consumer awareness for this forward thinking Australian retailer and manufacturer.

nature's care australia
Australian health and wellbeing company, Nature’s Care, had increased its distribution of its all-natural brand of paw paw ointment and was launching a variety of new products across the range. Bay PR was engaged to introduce the product to media and was then retained to manage the ongoing PR as the range expanded. Bay PR subsequently managed the corporate PR for Nature’s Care, handling day-to-day media enquires, website copywriting, media photo-shoots and sponsorship PR activities
santos wholefoods - RAIN FED RICE
Bay PR was approached by wholefood supplier, Santos, to share the good news about its beautiful biodynamic rain fed rice. Grown in the lush northern rivers of New South Wales, this nutritional and tasty brown rice was grown using just rain fall, saving hundreds of tonnes of water normally used by regular irrigation methods. This was an environmentally friendly food story that had to be told and Bay PR was happy to tell it with gusto!
Bay PR developed a creative angle from which to launch to media: ‘The Dawning of a new Rice Age’. Everybody was talking about this amazing rain fed rice that was now available through wholefood retailers throughout Australia and was set to change the face of rice growing in Australia - forever.
BYRON BAY ACCOMMODATION
Bay PR was appointed by Byron Bay Accommodation, the region’s largest independent bookings’ service, to implement a tactical publicity campaign that would promote accommodation bookings for the winter period. Bay PR devised a campaign that aimed to work hand-in-hand with BBA’s intensive winter marketing program to highlight the accommodation specials on offer as well as the beauty and activities in Byron Bay in the winter time.
Bay PR achieved an intense burst of media coverage during the three month winter period, including the Sydney Morning Herald, the Age, The Courier Mail, the Herald Sun, Adelaide Advertiser and Mx Magazine, prompting a spike in enquires and bookings for BBA accommodation deals during this time.
Bay PR was engaged to represent leading psychotherapist and relationship expert, Melissa Ferrari to the public and media. An integrated communication strategy was implemented that included social media, content creation, media publicity and event organisation.
Campaign highlights included frequent television and radio appearances and interview requests, numerous radio, online and print articles and an increased demand for Melissa’s professional services at a national level.
